Children & Youth Ministries

Our children’s ministry is for babies through 5th graders. We focus on partnering with parents and families to build relationships through which children can experience God’s love. We are passionate about sharing the love of God in a safe, friendly, and fun environment.

  • Nursery

    Our nursery volunteers love and nurture the precious babies of Bethlehem. Nursery is available every Sunday beginning at 9:45 AM and continues through the Worship hour.

  • Toddlers/Preschool

    This class is all about continuing to love and nurture children while providing fun, engaging lessons about God and the Bible using crafts, music, playtime, puppets, and more! The toddler/preschool class meets each Sunday for Sunday School beginning at 9:45 AM and Worship beginning at 11:00 AM. Children are able to stay in the class for the entire duration of Sunday School and Worship.

  • Elementary

    Our Kindergarten through fifth-grade students experience God in a way that is meaningful and relevant to them. Children will grow in their relationships with each other, our loving volunteers, and most importantly, Jesus! We focus on teaching solid Biblical truths using a variety of fun, interactive activities, games, and lessons that make the Bible come to life.

    • Sundays: 9:45 AM – Sunday School (Children’s Department)

    • Sundays: 11:00 AM – Worship & Children’s Church (Ages 3–8 are dismissed for Children’s Church after the family worship time. K–2nd graders also receive a short message from the pastor before dismissal.)

    • Wednesdays: 6:30 PM – Bible Study and Arts & Crafts (Children’s Department)

  • Youth Group

    Every week, we gather to dive into the Bible in a way that actually makes sense for your life, hang out, and—of course—eat some awesome snacks. Whether you’re looking for answers to big questions or just want a fun place to crash after a long week, there is a seat saved just for you.

    • Sundays: 9:45 AM (Youth Room)

    • Wednesdays: 6:30 PM (Youth Room)

 

Music Ministry

Bethlehem Baptist Church music ministry is an opportunity to serve and honor Christ Jesus through leading the church in worship. The choir is an amazing ministry that serves multiple purposes at our church. First and foremost, the choir acts as an instrument of praise and worship. Choir members work diligently in rehearsals and on their own time to learn a variety of musical pieces. The choir also serves as a place to grow in fellowship with fellow Christians and to expand your musical skills. The choir meets every Wednesday night at 7:30 for rehearsal.

 Deacons

Our goal as deacons is to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this with service to His Church and our congregation. We are dedicated and faithful with prayer and supplication unto God the Father and continually strive to develop a stronger bond with our respective church families.
